Bigger or bespoke? For sites over 20 pages or multi-location practices we quote a custom existing-site build; for a fully custom design beyond our template we quote a custom new site. Both are scoped and priced upfront — talk to us.
Why the report comes later: the before/after re-scan and baseline report follow roughly 30 days after delivery, because answer engines re-crawl on their own schedule. That gap is deliberate, not a delay — and you get a Build Change Log at day 10–14 showing exactly what shipped in the meantime.

Hosting and uptime
Managed hosting, SSL issued and renewed automatically, DNS and domain records handled, uptime monitoring with alerting, automated backups with restore on request, and security headers kept current.
Up to 6 updates a month
Text edits, image swaps, a new team member, updated hours or pricing, a new link or PDF. Your business details stay consistent across the site, and your structured data stays in step with them so engines keep reading you correctly.
Checked every month
Every contact form, booking link and tap-to-call number tested, a broken-link sweep, page speed and Core Web Vitals reviewed, analytics confirmed still recording, and a short written note on what changed.
New pages, new sections, redesigns and migrations are structural work and are quoted before they start. The website is yours: if you leave, we hand over the repository and transfer the domain to an account you control, at no charge.
What we actually promise
Not perfect rankings. Not deterministic attribution. Those don't exist in answer engines, and anyone who promises them is guessing.
What you get is a structured operating model that improves AI-readability, strengthens authority signals, expands your presence across trusted channels, and tracks your AI visibility directionally, month over month.
Page updates and schema: each cycle we revise the pages that will move your visibility most, which can mean rewrites, new sections, FAQ blocks or structured data. Your tier also includes new blog posts we write for you, one, two or three a month. New service or location pages are quoted separately before they start. Your whole site stays monitored either way. We agree the scope for each cycle with you rather than working to a fixed page count, and anything beyond that scope is quoted before it starts, never added silently.
Engines: Momentum tracks the three biggest consumer surfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity); Growth adds Claude, so it covers the same four engines your free scan looked at; Authority adds Grok, Copilot and Meta AI. These three have no live tracking API, so their answers are sampled by hand each cycle and reported separately rather than folded into your composite score or trend line.
Reviews: every retainer includes Review Engine setup and monthly cadence coaching; you own the sending. We never write, buy or incentivise reviews, and we never contact your patients or clients on your behalf.
Off-site placements: a quality-screened mix of structured citations, directory and industry profiles, and syndicated brand mentions, chosen for relevance to your vertical. We prioritise credible, on-topic sources over raw volume, and never use spammy link networks.

How does the annual discount work?
Choose Annual and every retainer is 10% cheaper than month-to-month, billed once for the year. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle above to see the rate. The Foundation Build is a one-time setup, so the toggle doesn't change it.
Do I need both the Foundation Build and a retainer?
Not necessarily — but pairing them is strongly recommended for effective, lasting results. The Foundation Build is a one-time, fixed-scope setup that closes the highest-impact gaps on your priority pages; a retainer is the ongoing loop that keeps and compounds those gains as engines change. The intended path is to start with the Foundation Build and move to a retainer once the foundations are in place.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can move between Momentum, Growth and Authority with a scope-change order as your needs grow or shrink. Scope is always defined upfront, so any change is deliberate — never a silent add-on.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Retainers ask for a good-faith commitment to the first quarter — the loop needs a few cycles to move visibility — but it isn't a debt: if you stop after cycle 1 or 2, the remaining cycles are waived and we finish the paid period. You can prepay the quarter for 5% off, or pay monthly or annually. No multi-year lock-in, directional reporting each month, and a value review at 90 days.
What are your cancellation and refund terms?
After the initial quarter you can cancel any retainer with 15 days' written notice, with no lock-in, and the one-time Foundation Build is refundable in full until work begins. Work begins when we deliver your day-0 baseline scan, and if that has not shipped within 10 business days you can request a full refund. Pro-rata terms, the annual-plan rules and the access-delay carve-out are set out in your engagement order and our Terms.
